Aerobics is a dynamic group fitness session, which combines rhythmic moves with motivating music. Its main basic elements are endurance and fitness. With a lot of fun, good music and simple choreography, we improve our well-being and fitness.
In our body styling programme here in Schladming, we concentrate on individual muscle groups, strengthening and shaping them. Fun is also an important factor during this group workout - good music motivates us and the results speak for themselves.
